The staff at this hotel were friendly and spoke multiple languages. The location was very convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were well equipped with all the amenities you could think of.
The service at the restaurant was poor, with long waits for menus and basic requests like water and heat lamps. The design of the room was not great, with no place to hang used towels.

I'm thrilled to share my experience at a hotel nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in the city center. The location is perfect, as it is in a private area but right off the main upscale shopping area. The room was incredibly luxurious with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet every request. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking a stunning garden. The facilities, including the bar area, were top-notch.
The only downside was that the hotel had limited parking spaces.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs for relaxation and comfort. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering a range of massages and treatments. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and garden area were delightful additions to the experience. the room advantages were top-notch, with exceptional decor and a comfortable bed.
The location was slightly inconvenient, as it was not within walking distance of the main attractions. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the city centre, which alleviated the issue.
